Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Style Lane Boutique! If your purchase doesn’t work out, we’re happy to assist within the guidelines below.

Returns:
    •    Returns are accepted for store credit only (issued as a Style Lane e-gift card).
    •    A return must be requested within 30 days of delivery (per tracking).
    •    Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached.

Exchanges:
    •    Exchanges are available for non–final sale items only, subject to availability.
    •    If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email info@shopstylelane.com with:
    •    Order number
    •    Item(s) you would like to return or exchange
    •    For exchanges: requested size/color (if applicable)

Return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.

Shipping
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    •    We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Style Lane Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Return Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:
    •    In original condition with tags attached
    •    Free of odors (perfume, smoke, detergent, etc.)
    •    Free of pet hair
    •    Free of makeup/deodorant marks
    •    Free of damage (stains, rips, or other wear)

Items returned in unacceptable condition may be declined and/or returned to sender.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
    •    Sale/markdown items
    •    Bodysuits
    •    Swimwear
    •    Items with fringe, rhinestones, or delicate embellishments
    •    Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist.
